Products: Includes all hair extensions and aftercare products provided by Eden Enhancements.
Services: Refers to consultations, hair extension fittings, and related services.
USAGE RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for proper use and care of products and services provided by Eden Enhancements. We supply detailed aftercare instructions to maintain the quality of extensions and offer recommended aftercare products for purchase. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage, for which we are not liable. If you have concerns about hair care, feel free to contact us for guidance.
OUR SERVICES
We offer premium hair extensions, personalized consultations, expert fittings, and tailored aftercare advice to enhance your natural hair.
BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made through our online form or by contacting us directly. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information and notify us of any errors.
CONSULTATIONS
We offer free consultations. Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities during their consultation.
APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments. If you cancel, the deposit cannot be refunded, as products may have already been ordered.
OUR GUARANTEE
While we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, incorrect products, coloring, heat, chlorine, UV exposure, or neglect.
If issues arise within 14 days of your fitting, and you’ve adhered to aftercare instructions, we’ll investigate and recommend solutions. In some cases, sample strands may be tested with suppliers. Monetary compensation is not available, but we are committed to finding a resolution.
AFTERCARE
Proper aftercare is essential. Detailed guidelines are provided during fittings, and clients must follow them to maintain the quality of their extensions. Eden Enhancements is not liable for damage caused by neglecting aftercare advice.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
As a client, you agree to:
Follow all provided aftercare instructions.
Use recommended products.
Notify us of concerns within 14 days.
MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS
Regular maintenance with your stylist is required to prevent damage. Missing appointments may result in additional charges of £15 per week past the recommended timeframe. Additional fees may also apply if extra time is needed to resolve matting or bond damage.
REMOVAL
Extensions must only be removed by a qualified Eden Enhancements technician to avoid damage.
RETURNS POLICY
Colour Matching: Once extensions are ordered, changes cannot be made. Avoid coloring your hair after consultation.
Manufacturer Defects: Contact us within 14 days for assessment. If a defect is found, we may replace the extensions.
Client Satisfaction: If you have any concerns, reach out promptly for assistance.
Refunds: Refunds are only available for manufacturer defects, and replacement fittings will be offered. No monetary refunds are provided.
For returns or concerns, contact us with detailed information, including photos or videos, to assist with resolution.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Clients must be 16 years or older. Clients aged 16 or 17 require parental consent and must attend appointments with a parent or responsible adult.
APPOINTMENTS
Arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in the service being incomplete, and full payment will still apply.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change. Quotes provided during consultations will be confirmed via email.
PHOTOS
Images or videos may be taken for social media use. Clients may withdraw consent by notifying us in writing at edenenhancements@gmail.com.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services or promotions without prior notice.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or alternative methods, such as mediation or arbitration.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the full agreement between Eden Enhancements and the client, superseding all prior communications or understandings.
